Good intensity, mixing ripe black fruits(blackcurrant, blueberry)with flattering toasty and spicy notes when agitated.
Round & smooth on the palate with velvety tannins. Long fruity aftertaste with notes of vanilla & licorice.
Ideal to pair with grilled red meat, pasta, spicy dishes and cheese.
Best served between 16°C and 18°C / 60°F and 65°F.
MERLOT

The nose reveals nice aromas of ripe fruits (strawberry, blackberry) with delicate coffee notes.
Harmonious and elegant on the palate, offering a round structure, full of red and black berries.
Best to pair with red meat, poultry, pasta and cheese.
Best served between 16°C and 18°C / 60°F and 65°F
PINOT NOIR

Intense nose of red cherry combined with seductive mocha, vanilla and spicy notes.
Soft on the palate with velvety tannins, dominated by notes of kirsch and spices.
Ideal to pair with Mediterranean dishes, pizza, paella, risotto.
Best served between 14°C and 16°C / 57°F and 61°F.
