This wine comes from a selection of small agroecological vines planted in different calcareous soils of Gualtallary, Paraje Altamira, and Los Chacayes in Uco Valley, Mendoza. Malbec grapes, once destemmed, enter steel tanks where they begin spontaneous fermentation thanks to their native yeasts. It has natural acidity and is unclarified, making it certified vegan. Then, around 70% of the wine is aged in barrels and used foudres, while the remaining 30% is aged in natural concrete pools.
Our Estate Selection Malbec looks intense in the glass, with a ruby red color and medium-high depth. It expresses its complex, fruity character with subtle balsamic notes in the nose. In the mouth, it shows its red fruit profile and medium persistence. That's why we recommend our Estate Selection Malbec for palates that enjoy medium-high complexity, full-bodied red wines, ideal for accompanying various dishes.
