Junmai can be translated as pure rice sake as only rice, water, koji and yeast are used in the production of this Junmai. Junmai sake is made with at least 30% milled away rice and rice taste is slightly heavier than Karakuchi. It is medium bodied with green apple fruity aroma and slight acidic finish.
