Obtained from selected sectors of our vineyards to privilege fine sweet, ripe varietal aromas. The wines are big-bodied and have great volume and length on the palate, with soft and elegant tannins. The wines in this category are carefully oak-aged to produce a perfect balance between fruit and oak.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Vineyard
Principally from our San Carlos vineyard, located near Cunaco in the Colchagua Valley. The Cabernet Sauvignon blocks were planted more than 100 years ago.
Tasting Notes
Ruby-red in color with glints of violet. On the nose the aromas are of ripe fruit, principally red fruit like cherry and red currant
accompanied by a subtle hint of black pepper. The palate shows a fruity character with firm tannins and excellent balance. The finish is intense and fresh with notes of fruit and spice that remain on the palate for a long time.
Malbec
Alcohol Level: 14%
Vineyard
Principally from our San Carlos vineyard, located near Cunaco in the Colchagua Valley. The vineyards are on average 17 years old.
Tasting Notes
With a deep ruby-red color, the wine’s nose shows fruit notes with aromas of blueberry and fresh cherry, accompanied by a floral note of violet. The palate is fresh with smooth, balanced tannins that give way to a long, fruity finish.
Food Pairing
Try with sweet and sour dishes like pork ribs, grilled hamburgers, or eggplant stew. Service temperature of 16–18ºC. Drink
young, or cellar up to 4 years.
Merlot

The grapes come from different Merlot vineyards in the Colchagua Valley, averaging 19 years of age.
Tasting Notes
A lively red color with glints of violet. The nose shows aromas of fresh red fruit including cherry, accompanied by a spiced note. The palate shows smooth, rounded tannins that add balanced and lead to a long, fruity finish.

Carmenere

Vineyard
From different Carménère vineyards in the Colchagua Valley, averaging 21 years in age.
Tasting Notes
Deep red in color with violet glints. On the nose the aromas are of black fruit, including black currant and blackberry, accompanied by a subtle note of pink peppercorn. On the palate the wine has a medium body, rounded tannins, and moderate acidity that lend the wine a nice balance on the center, adding a long finish with a hint of cassis.
Food Pairing
Versatile to accompany a variety of dishes from pasta to Chilean food like charquicán vegetable-jerky stew or Chilean-style corn humitas with onion and tomato salad. Spiced dishes. Service temperature of 16–17ºC. Cellar up to 4 years.
