CABERNET SAUVIGNON
The complex nose offers outstanding aromas of ripeblack fruits such as figs and blackberries complemented by notes of crème de cassis, while spices such as cayenne pepper appear over a back of dark chocolate, which masterfully
envelopes subtle aromas of leather and tobacco. The palate with perfectly rounded tannins that trigger an explosion of the fruit on the mid-palate.
Grape Varieties
90% Cabernet Sauvignon; 10% Merlot.
Decanting
Recommended for at least 30 minutes.
CARMENERE
The intense nose offers pleasing notes of ripe black and red fruits such as blackberries, figs, and dried plums. Spicy notes of nutmeg and black pepper lie over a back of tobacco and leather with a subtle balsamic aroma that envelops aromas of pastry and dark chocolate. The palate is well balanced, lush, and structured, while soft tannins lend the wine a sweet
sensation that opens way to a long and very elegant finish.

MERLOT
The nose is complex with varied aromas of ripe black and red fruits such as blackberries, figs, and plums in syrup. Spice notes of black and red pepper intermingle with a touch of fresh tobacco and leather. This is a well-structured wine with good volume on the palate and smooth, round tannins that make this an ideal wine to enjoy now or over the course of the next 10 years.

MALBEC
Aromas of fresh red fruits such as strawberries and tart cherries predominate on the nose with a light touch of red plums. Floral notes underscore its fresh character with fragrances of wildflowers and violets. Sweet spices such as anise appear over a back of light aromas of vanilla and jam. The sweet sensation is echoed on the palate with surprisingly smooth,
round tannins that lend structure and tremendous volume. Very nicely balanced natural acidity makes this a very juicy, elegant Malbec with a remarkable finish that lingers long on the palate.
