Tasting Notes
Nose
On the nose, sweet peaches and mandarins weave around pears and blackcurrants. Fresh violets offer up their fragrance.
Palate
Finally, it’s time to taste. Savour the rich blend of creamy vanilla, apricots and banana crème brûlée, contrasted impishly with spicy clove boiled sweets.
Finish
Long, sweet and tangy.
