We carefully pack every order to ensure your bottles arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Orders are delivered throughout West Malaysia using trusted courier partners, with selected areas in Klang Valley eligible for faster delivery.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver throughout West Malaysia but we are unable to deliver to East Malaysia.
Delivery Time
Under normal circumstances, it takes around 2 to 4 days for the courier service to deliver the parcel. Delivery estimates may vary during festive seasons, public holidays or due to courier delays. If there is an urgent need of same day delivery(only within Klang Valley and certain areas of Selangor), you may contact our sales advisor to arrange via lalamove or grab delivery services.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are usually processed on the same working day.
Orders received after the cut-off time, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Fee
Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on:
• Delivery location
• Order weight
• Courier service
Packaging
Every bottle is carefully inspected before dispatch and securely packed using protective packaging materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Age Verification
HPM2U sells alcoholic beverages strictly to customers aged 21 years & above and non-Muslim only. Any purchase of alcohol made through our website will be at buyer’s sole discretion.
Failed Delivery
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:
Take clear photos before opening.
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We’ll investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.
