1. Age Requirement

Alcoholic beverages are intended strictly for customers who are 21 years of age or above. By purchasing alcoholic products from HPM2U, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement to purchase and receive alcoholic beverages in Malaysia.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where age eligibility cannot be reasonably established.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images and information displayed on our website are accurate.

Product packaging, labels, gift boxes and other presentation details may occasionally change between batches without prior notice.

For wines, vintages may vary according to available stock and incoming batches. Unless a specific vintage is expressly confirmed by us, the product supplied may be from a different available vintage.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on HPM2U are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to revise prices, promotions and product availability at any time. The price applicable to an order will normally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction in the event of an obvious pricing or system error.

4. Orders & Payment

An order is considered received once it has been successfully submitted through our website. Orders requiring payment verification will only be processed after payment has been confirmed.

HPM2U reserves the right to cancel or reject an order in cases including stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraudulent activity or circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, we will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available only to locations supported by our appointed courier or delivery partners.

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors including destination, parcel weight, dimensions and courier availability. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by courier operations, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

For orders where standard courier service is unavailable due to parcel weight, dimensions, destination or other courier limitations, please contact us and we will try to arrange an alternative delivery solution where possible.

6. Receiving Your Order

Customers should inspect their parcel and products upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide the relevant order information together with photographs or other supporting evidence where applicable.

Please do not dispose of the product, packaging or courier materials until the matter has been reviewed.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Products must generally remain unopened, unused and in their original condition unless the return relates to damage, incorrect goods or another issue accepted by HPM2U.

Approved refunds will be processed using an appropriate refund method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution involved.

8. Product Images

Product images are provided for reference. Minor differences in packaging, labels, bottle design, promotional packaging, vintages or presentation may occur between batches.

Such differences do not necessarily indicate that the product supplied is incorrect, provided that the underlying product ordered remains the same.

9. Responsible Purchase & Consumption

Alcohol should be purchased and consumed responsibly. Customers must not purchase alcoholic beverages on behalf of persons who do not meet the applicable legal age requirement.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through HPM2U is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used where necessary to process orders, payments, deliveries, customer enquiries and related services.

11. Changes to These Terms

HPM2U may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on this website will apply to subsequent use of the website and orders placed thereafter.
