Stew Chicken Soup with Kosan Glutinous Rice Wine
Ingredients A:
1 whole chicken
2/3 bottle of Kosan Glutinous Rice Wine
Ingredients B:
20g Polygonatum 玉竹
20g Bei Rong 北茸
10g wolfberry 枸杞
10g Chinese Angelica Root 当归
10g Shen xu 参须
20g Huai Shan 淮山
Seasoning:
400ml water, 1 teaspoon salt
Cooking method:
1. Remove skin of chicken. Blanch chicken with hot water. Set aside.
2. Put all ingredients B into a stewing pot, followed by chicken, kosan Glutinous rice wine water and salt. Stew for 3 hours and serve
