SHIRAZ CABERNET
A medium bodied wine shows a chorus of red and dark berried fruit with optimum sugar/acid balance.Dark Cherry Red with lifted red fruits and dark plums combing with a gentle oak overtone. A persistence of flavour infused with fine grained tannins provides texture to balance fruit and oak.

SEMILLON SAUVIGNON BLANC
Easy drinking light fruity white, showing tropical fruits of passion fruit & hints of freshly cut green grass. Upfront is a fresh tropical fruit melody, a palate awash with gooseberry & lychees which climaxes in a crisp & salivating finish.
