APPEARANCE
Sparkling dark amber colour with golden shimmer.
BODY
Round and medium, capturing the mellow mouthfeel.
NOSE
Sharp sweetness layered with notes of berries, honey, vanilla, cherries, dates and red apple peels, highlighted by a hint of wood.
PALATE
Smooth and round. Has notes of dates and raisins but not too sweet. A hint of ginger pops, with a lovely finishing of dark chocolate.
FINISH
Medium in length and rounded.
